This notice covers the public contact form on carlislelabs.net. Do not submit confidential, export-controlled, regulated, or other sensitive technical information through the form.

Information submitted

The contact form may collect the name, email address, organization, inquiry area, and message that a visitor chooses to provide.

How it is used

Submitted information is used to review the inquiry and respond when appropriate. Form submissions are processed through the site hosting provider, Netlify.

Retention and removal

Inquiry records may be retained as needed for correspondence and administrative records. A person who wants a submitted inquiry removed can contact Carlisle Labs at eric.carlislelabs@gmail.com.

External services

The website is hosted by Netlify. The site may also link to external email or other services; those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

Scope

This notice describes the current website contact workflow. If the site later adds accounts, payments, analytics, newsletters, or other data collection, this notice should be updated before those features are used.
